Dan and his wife, Elizabeth have lived in Southern Utah for 7 years, after spending most of their lives in Northern California. After graduating from Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA with a degree in Forestry, Dan spent the next 40 years consulting in the Forest Management profession, helping private landowners manage, buy and sell their timberland properties.

For many years, Dan has personally purchased, rehabbed and sold several rental investment properties.

With two adult children and 4 grandchildren, life is full for Dan and his family and he looks forward to helping others achieve their dreams as well.
